During one of many trips to Key West, I once had the opportunity to play softball with the Margaritaville Cafe softball team against their "arch rivals" Sloppy Seconds (one of two softball teams that represented Sloppy Joes). It was the first game of the season and like many co-ed recreational league teams, the Margaritaville team wasn't 100% sure who would be sober and/or how many people would show up to play in their opening game of the season. Long story short, the bartender and manager of Margaritaville Cafe team asked me if I could show up and play if they needed an extra body (they did - I played 3rd base). The bartender's name was Billy Prokopf and he told me he'd get me a personalized autographed copy of Jimmy's latest book to show his gratitude. This was in June of 1998. Sure enough, about 3 months later this book arrived in the mail.
